JINGXIN full electric reach truck is equipped with a multi-way valve hydraulic control system, enabling integrated and precise control of lifting, forward/backward movement and tilting. It delivers responsive operation and stable running. The truck innovatively realizes a 45cm mast forward movement: when retracted, the center of gravity shifts inward for enhanced safety; when extended, it adapts to single-sided/double-sided pallets to meet diverse cargo access needs. It also supports a 5° forward tilt of the forks, allowing the forks to rest close to the ground for easy loading and unloading. This ensures stable cargo placement and prevents slipping, greatly reducing operational errors and improving stacking and handling efficiency.
In terms of load capacity and lifting, the reach truck offers multiple load options of 1000kg, 1500kg and 2000kg, with lifting heights covering 3000mm, 3500mm and 4000mm. It is compatible with high-level shelves of different heights, perfectly matching the needs of both light material turnover and medium-heavy cargo stacking. The optimized body design has a total length of only 2080mm (excluding forks), with optional fork dimensions of 1070mm×100mm×35mm. It is suitable for narrow-aisle operations, easily navigating 2.5-meter-wide warehouse lanes to maximize the value of warehouse space.
Safety and Durability for Reliable All-Scenario Adaptation
Safety is the bottom line of warehousing operations. JINGXIN full electric reach truck builds a solid safety foundation through meticulous design. Chrome-plated piston rods paired with imported seals effectively prevent oil leakage, ensuring long-term stable operation of the hydraulic system. The mast height limit switch, along with electromagnetic braking and regenerative braking dual protection, eliminates potential hazards such as overloading and overtravel, safeguarding operators and cargo.
The truck excels in durability and adaptability: the mast is constructed of high-strength steel for strong deformation resistance, suitable for long-term high-frequency operations. PU wear-resistant tires deliver stable grip, ideal for smooth indoor warehouse floors and meeting the cleanliness requirements of food, pharmaceutical, electronics and other industries. Powered by a 24V/210Ah high-capacity battery, a 2.2kW drive motor and a 1.6kW lift motor, it offers long battery life and strong power. The fully loaded travel speed reaches 5.5km/h, and the fully loaded gradeability is 6%, satisfying short-distance, high-frequency handling needs, reducing charging downtime and improving operational continuity.
