Reasons for the battery not reaching the rated capacity: First, it is insufficiently charged after use, at this time, perform equalizing charging and improve the operation method. The second is that the density of the electrolyte is too low, so adjust the density of the electrolyte at this time. The third is that the external wiring is not smooth and the resistance is large. At this time, straighten the external wiring and reduce the resistance.   Reasons for the gradual decrease in battery capacity: One is the sulfation of the plates, and at this time, repeat charging to remove the sulphate of the plates. The second is that the electrolyte is mixed with harmful impurities, and the electrolyte can be replaced at this time. The third is that the battery is partially short-circuited, and the short-circuit can be eliminated at this time.   The main reason for the sudden decrease in battery capacity is the internal or external short circuit of the battery. At this time, check and determine the open circuit and eliminate it.  2, abnormal voltage    there are two phenomena of abnormal battery voltage: one is that the voltage of the battery is too high when charging, and the voltage drops quickly when discharging; the other is that the open circuit voltage of the battery in use is significantly reduced.   The main reason for the high voltage during charging and the rapid decrease in voltage during discharge is the sulfation of the plates. At this time, according to the degree of sulfation, the electro-hydraulic concentration, electro-hydraulic composition, charging current and other methods should be adjusted to eliminate the acid salt of the electrode.   The main reason for the obvious decrease in open circuit voltage of the battery in use is the reverse connection of a single cell of the battery, the reverse connection of the entire battery pack, the low capacity of a single battery or the existence of a short circuit. At this time, according to the battery pack arrangement, it can be excluded by checking the voltage of the single battery, whether the single battery pole is consistent with the group, and whether the battery group connection is intact. 3. Abnormal gassing There are 4 phenomena of abnormal gassing of the battery: one is that there is no gas or less gas at the end of charging of the battery, the second is that the battery does not gas after charging, and the third is that the battery is gassing too early and the amount of gas is being discharged during charging. Big, fourth is the battery gassing during storage or discharging.   The main reason for the lack of gas or less gas at the end of battery charging is the internal short circuit of the battery. At this time, the short-circuited part can be eliminated. The main reason why there is no gas after the battery is charged is the internal short circuit of the battery. At this time, the short-circuited part can be eliminated.   The battery gasses too early during charging and the main reason for a large amount of gas is plate sulfation. At this time, it is sufficient to eliminate the sulfation of the electrode plate. The main reason for the battery gassing during the placing or discharging process is that the battery is discharged after being charged, or there are impurities in the electrolyte. At this time, leave it aside for about 1 hour to discharge or replace the electrolyte.  4, the electrolyte temperature is too high    battery electrolyte temperature is too high, there are two phenomena: one is that the temperature of the electrolyte rises abnormally during normal charging; the other is that the temperature of individual battery cells is higher than other cells.   During normal charging, the reason for the abnormal rise in electrolyte temperature is mainly due to excessive current or internal short circuit during charging. At this time, adjust the charging current or eliminate the short circuit.  The reason that the temperature of individual battery units is higher than other monomers is mainly due to the sulfation of the plates.
