Electric pallet truck maintenance method:   1. The speed of the driving wheel of the electric stacker is significantly reduced or the driving motor is seriously overloaded. Causes of failure: battery voltage is too low or pile head contact resistance is too large; carbon deposits between motor commutator plates cause short circuit between plates; motor brakes are improperly adjusted to cause the motor to run with brakes; drive head gearboxes and bearings lack lubrication or bases Jamming; short circuit of motor armature.  Maintenance method: check the battery terminal voltage or clean the pile head when the stacker is loaded; clean the commutator; adjust the brake gap; check, clean and refill the lubricating oil to remove the jamming phenomenon; replace the new forklift motor. 2. The stacker truck is weak or unable to lift. Causes: excessive wear and tear of the gear pump and pump; improper high pressure of the overflow valve in the reversing valve; oil leakage in the oil pressure pipeline; excessive hydraulic oil temperature; slippery mast The frame is jammed; the speed of the oil pump motor is too low.   Maintenance method: replace the worn or gear pump; re-adjust; check and repair; replace the unqualified hydraulic oil and check the cause of the oil temperature rise; check and adjust; remove the forklift motor to check the motor and troubleshoot the problem. 3. It is difficult to automatically tilt the mast of the stacker or the action is not smooth. Causes of failure: excessive wear of the tilting cylinder wall and sealing ring; failure of the valve stem spring in the reversing valve; piston jamming the cylinder wall or bending of the piston rod; excessive dirt accumulation in the tilting cylinder Or the seal is too tight.  Maintenance method: replace O-ring or cylinder; replace qualified spring; replace damaged forklift parts; if there is no damage, clean the dirt and adjust.  4. The oil pump pressure is insufficient or the speed is too slow.    The cause of the fault: the seal ring in the pump cover groove is damaged, and the internal leakage is too much; the gear is worn; the motor speed of the oil pump is reduced; the pipeline is blocked by foreign matter. The control valve pressure is too small or damaged, the pressure regulating valve is too small or damaged, etc.  Maintenance method: directly replace new parts of the forklift oil seal repair kit, new parts of the pressure valve, new parts of the control valve, new parts of the gear pump, etc. 5. Abnormal operation of electrical accessories. Causes of failure: damage to the micro switch in the electrical box or improper position adjustment; the main circuit fuse or the control appliance fuse is blown; the battery voltage is too low; the contactor contacts are singeed, or the contact is caused by too much dirt Bad; the contact does not work. The contactor is damaged, the electronics is damaged, the rotor is damaged, etc.  Maintenance method: replace the new drive motor, the new contactor, the new fuse, the new controller and so on.
