(3) The surface of relative moving parts is poorly lubricated, and it will also cause crawling. The lubrication should be checked frequently. (3) The pressure in the system is insufficient or the non-pressure machine cannot work normally. (1) The oil pump cannot deliver pressure oil or the oil pressure is insufficient. This may be due to the reversal of the oil pump, damage to the parts or excessive resistance of the suction pipe, air leakage, etc. , Check the working condition of the oil pump. (2) If the overflow valve is malfunctioning, such as the spool stuck or the action of other control valves is not sensitive, check, repair or replace parts. (3) Poor seal or excessive wear in the oil cylinder, blockage of the throttle orifice, valve port, etc., causing serious oil leakage, and the working conditions of the pipeline and the cylinder should be checked. (4) The connection method of the overflow valve is wrong. If the unloading port is directly connected to the oil pump, it will cause the system to be pressureless and should be checked and corrected.
