It is mainly composed of the mode switch 1, the transmission electronic control unit 2, the reversing relay 3, the battery 4, the fuse (5, 10, 12), and the rear working light (6, 7). ), reversing buzzer 8, work light switch 9, headlight combination switch 11 and other components. The working process is as follows: A brief analysis of forklift maintenance. When the forklift is operating during the day, the mode switch 1 should be placed in the day gear (that is, 1, 5 is closed). When reversing, the transmission electronic control unit 2 sends a low level to the coil of the reversing relay 3, and the main contact of the reversing relay 3 is pulled in (that is, 30 and 87 are closed). The current flows from the positive pole of the battery 4, through the fuse 5, the main contacts of the reverse relay 3, the contacts (1 and 5) of the mode switch 1, to the rear working lights 6, 7, and then returns to the negative pole of the battery 4 to form a loop. At the same time, the two rear working lights 6 and 7 are on, and the reversing buzzer 8 is turned on.
