JX Forklift Warranty Periods (Core Coverage) Chassis & Mast Structure: 24 Months or 2,000 working hours (whichever comes first). Core Components (Motor, Controller, Transmission): 12 Months or 1,000 working hours. Lead-Acid/Lithium Battery: 12 Months (Specific terms apply based on battery type). Wear Parts: (Tires, filters, seals, etc.) are excluded from standard warranty but covered against manufacturing defects upon arrival.

How to Claim Your Warranty (The Process) Report: Contact your dedicated account manager or email our support team with the Serial Number (S/N). Diagnose: Provide photos/videos of the issue. JX Forklift engineers will provide a remote diagnosis within 24 hours. Resolve: Upon verification, replacement parts will be shipped via express courier to minimize your downtime.
Exclusions This warranty does not cover damages resulting from: Misuse, overloading, or unauthorized modifications. Lack of routine maintenance as per the User Manual. Accidents or external environmental factors.
