For 1T to 4T forklifts, the specified load center distance is 500mm. 3. Lifting height: Lifting height refers to the vertical distance between the upper surface of the horizontal section of the forklift and the horizontal ground where the forklift is located when the forklift is fully loaded on a flat and solid ground and the goods are lifted to the position. 4. Mast inclination angle: The mast inclination angle refers to the forward or backward inclination angle of the mast relative to its vertical position when the unloaded forklift is on a flat and solid ground. The role of the forward inclination angle is to facilitate fork picking and unloading of the goods; the role of the backward inclination angle is to prevent the goods from slipping off the forks when the forklift is running with the goods. Generally, the forward inclination angle of the forklift is 3°~6°, and the backward inclination angle is 10°~12°. 5. Lifting speed: The lifting speed of a forklift usually refers to the lifting speed of the goods when the forklift is fully loaded, expressed in m/min (meters/minute). Increasing the lifting speed can improve the work efficiency, but if the lifting speed is too fast, cargo damage and machine damage accidents are prone to occur. The lifting speed of domestic forklifts has been increased to 20m/min. 6. Driving speed: Increasing the driving speed has a great influence on improving the operating efficiency of the forklift. For an internal combustion forklift with a lifting capacity of 1T, its driving speed when fully loaded is not less than 17m/min. 7. Small turning radius: When the forklift is driving at a low speed without load and turning with a full steering wheel, the smaller distances from the outer and inner sides of the vehicle body to the turning center are called the smaller outer turning radius Rmin and the smaller inner side, respectively. Wheelbase and wheelbase: Forklift wheelbase refers to the horizontal distance between the centerline of the front and rear axles of the forklift. Increasing the wheelbase is conducive to the longitudinal stability of the forklift, but it increases the length of the vehicle body and increases the smaller turning radius.
